The process

Please send us all the information you have available about your event. Include details such as date, location, and services needed

INITIAL CONSULTATION

We will get to you within the next few hours with a custom proposal or pricing list, depending on the duration and coverage needed for your event. We encourage our clients to schedule a consultation call to better understand your vision and see how we can capture it in the most creative way possible.

GET A PROPOSAL

After the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, it's official! We stay in touch months before the event. We confirm the schedule and collect your timeline and shot list one week before the event. The day(s) of the event we arrive 45 minutes earlier and check on you throughout to make sure all expectations are being met.

THE EVENT

Your photos will arrive within 48 hours. You can also request daily highlights, onsite delivery, or highlights throughout the day.
We deliver digitally. You can pick a transfer or an online gallery. We can also directly upload to your system. Whatever is easier for you!

Have questions?

It's a personalized website where we store your high-resolution photos. From the gallery, you can download all your high-resolution photos to your computer or cellphone. You can also share with unlimited people.

WHAT IS AN ONLINE GALLERY?

You can add services and modify the timeline. In our contract, we have all
the information when the changes are more complex, like rescheduling.

CAN WE MAKE CHANGES AFTER BOOKING?

We have a complete contract that we share for you to sign. If you have any questions, feel free also to ask us.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS?

The retainer is the advance you give us, and your signed contract seals the deal. After we're officially booked, we assign our team members to work your event and block the day and times out of the calendar.

WHAT IS A RETAINER?

We recommend booking as soon as your event date is confirmed to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. Let us know your date, and we’ll gladly secure it.
